About You:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher ACECQA approved qualification).
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Clear National Police Check.
• Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations certificate and clear understanding of the reporting process.
• Proven experience in Centre Management or Assistant Director roles is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the capability to bring a skilled team together.
• Passionate about creating high-quality learning environments and lasting community connections in line with the National Quality Standards Framework (NQS).
• Confident navigating compliance, family relationships, budgeting, rostering and staffing.
